Terms of sale

These terms apply when a business buys a hiring requirement ("lead") on hesion.in. The seller is Hesion, a sole proprietorship registered in India (Udyam registration UDYAM-TN-28-0045281), 2/956, 1st Street, JJ Nagar, Veerapandi Post, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu 641605, India ("we"). By ticking "I agree" at checkout you accept them for the company you buy for ("you").

1. What you buy

One verified hiring requirement: the employer's identity and company details, its hiring contacts (company email addresses only), the details of its vacancies and links to the official postings, as shown under My requirements and sent to you by email. We check that the vacancies were open when we published them; we don't promise that the employer will work with you or that you will place anyone.

2. Price, payment, invoice

The price is shown before you pay, in euros (in rupees for companies in India). You pay with PayPal or by card through PayPal; companies in India pay through Razorpay; the lead is released as soon as the payment is confirmed. You get an invoice by email. No subscription: you pay only for what you buy.

3. How many buyers, and the replacement promise

Each requirement is sold to at most 3 businesses, then taken off the site. If all the vacancies in a requirement close within 7 days of your purchase, or a core detail we gave you was wrong, write to mathan@hesion.in within those 7 days and you get another requirement of similar size free. Because the lead is delivered at once, the purchase can't otherwise be cancelled. We refund only if we have no comparable requirement to offer you or the law requires it, and then the price minus what PayPal or Razorpay charged us on that payment (their fee, currency conversion and any refund charge), which they don't return to us; a payment taken twice for the same lead comes back in full. 4. How you may use the contacts

The hiring contacts are personal data of people at the employer. From delivery you are responsible for them as an independent controller under the GDPR, and you agree to:

• use them only to offer workers or recruitment services for that employer's hiring;
• say where you got the contact (from Hesion, originally the employer's vacancy or website) the first time you get in touch, and include a way to object;
• stop contacting anyone who objects, and tell us so we can stop passing them on;
• follow the rules on business emails and calls in the employer's country;
• not resell, publish or share the lead with anyone outside your company;
• delete the contacts when you no longer need them for this purpose.

If you break these rules we may stop selling to you, and you are responsible for any claims that result.

5. Buyers outside the EU (for example in India)

Registered recruiting agents outside the EU may buy only requirements that Czech law opens to non-EU workers (marked "Also for non-EU suppliers"): the employer hires the worker directly on an Employee Card; leasing non-EU workers to the employer through an agency is not allowed, and you must not offer it. Buyers in India see and pay prices in rupees (the same price as in euros, converted at a fixed rate). Because the contacts come from the EU, you also agree to protect them to the standard of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers between controllers (Commission Decision (EU) 2021/914, Module 1), which form part of these terms for your purchase.

6. Liability

We take care that the information is accurate and current, but it comes from public sources and employers change their plans. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow a limit.
